Around The Clock Emergency Care

Our Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, caring for approximately 25,000 patients each year.  We have 18 treatment rooms and 4 specialized treatment rooms equipped to accommodate multiple levels of care, from minor complaints to more serious injury and illness.

Trauma Care

Our advanced level trauma center allows us to quickly manage the care of injured patients and to provide stabilization to those requiring transport to a higher level facility through an on-site air medical helicopter.

Primary Stroke Center

Titus Regional Medical Center is certified as a Primary Stroke Center by The Joint Commission and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association. Primary stroke centers are capable of diagnosing and treating complex stroke patients with a wide array of technology and procedures. Expert care is available rapidly and around the clock when you have symptoms of stroke.

24/7/365 Chest Pain Care

TRMC now offers round the clock care for those experiencing the signs and symptoms of a heart attack.  We offer cardiology coverage from doctors that are local and part of our community.  Our State of the Science Cardiac Catheterization Lab is available to treat many heart related events without the need for transport.
