Titus Regional Requests Responses to Community Health Needs Assessment
Survey open to Titus Regional Community residents until April 8, 2025
Titus Regional Medical Center (TRMC) opened their community health needs assessment (CHNA) survey to the residents of Titus, Franklin, Morris, Red River, Bowie and Camp Counties for responses on March 5, 2025. The survey contains 26 questions, including demographic, health and healthcare experience questions, and can be found at:

All hospitals and health departments that receive federal funds are required to periodically complete community health needs assessment surveys. TRMC conducts this survey every three years in concurrence with their strategic planning.
“This survey helps us identify health needs and gaps in our community,” said TRMC CHNA Chairperson, Tiffani Hester. “These responses, along with published data about our community, help direct goals for the next three years allowing us to best service OUR community.”
After the survey closes on April 8, 2025, leaders at the hospital will analyze the survey responses to determine what the public perceives as the most pressing healthcare needs in the community.
“As we focus on the next steps in the future of healthcare for our portion of Northeast Texas, this feedback will be key in establishing our strategic plan,” said President and Chief Executive Officer Patty Boeckmann. “Survey responses help us understand what matters the most to OUR community and what we need to do to ensure healthier tomorrows for the families of Titus County and the communities we serve.”
