Tamara is a Titus county native, born and raised in Mount Pleasant. Before nursing, she received her Master of Science in Biology from Texas A&M – Commerce and was an adjunct instructor of Microbiology and Nutrition. She then went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Medical Branch – Galveston in 2020 and is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
She joins the FCC family with a background in adult and geriatric care, rheumatology and gastroenterology with specialized interest in management of fatty liver, cirrhosis and hepatitis.
Outside of the office, she is an animal lover and nature enthusiast. She enjoys baking, gardening, and long walks with the dogs.
