Text Messages from MyChart

Text message updates from Titus Regional Medical Center and partners will show up from phone number 70234.

Text START to 70234 to receive text messages related to your relationship with Ochsner Health, TRMC and partnerships. Texts may include updates related to your visits, MyChart account, one-time passcode, billing notifications, prescription reminders, and care management. You can also control your opt-in status and communication preferences from your MyChart account to specify which updates you’d like to receive via text.

To opt-out of text message notifications from Titus Regional Medical Center and partners, text STOP to 70234. You can also update your communication preferences within your MyChart account.

Manage Communication Preferences

You can control which text and email notifications we send you about your health and wellness, as well as update your phone and postal mail preferences.

    1. Log in to your MyChart account, and open the main menu.
    2. Scroll to “Settings and Preferences.” Select “Communication Preferences” to control which text and email notifications we send you about your health and wellness. You can also update your phone and postal mail preferences.
    3. In the “General” section, verify that notifications are toggled on for your preferred method(s) of contact: email, text message, push notification, phone and/or mail.
    4. To review which notifications will be delivered via a specific method of contact, expand the communication concept type(s) grouped under the “Details” section.
    5. Select “Advanced Settings” to review and update how you receive specific notifications within the grouped concept type.
    6. When finished with your preferences, select “Save Changes.”
